Here's Sammy (frank)ing up two of Leafs fans biggest crushes. This is the guy who couldnt do a chin-up... He plays inspired, like Kadri. I like that. Browns a (frank)in softie. And he didnt do (frank) all the second half of the season.

100% with you. Funny you mention Kadri because similar to Bennett, early in his career, a lot of people expected a lot and he almost got traded more than once. If Calgary gives up on Bennett, he could be had for little and has some very good upside. Bennett and Kadri on the same line would be dynamite. If Bennett finds his scoring touch, even better in the top-six beside Matthews or Tavares and not afraid to play tough and protect them either.

I'm with you guys in wanting to get Bennett from Calgary. I think it would be fantastic getting him, 'cause I think he's much better than he's shown so far in his career.
But I don't like the idea of trading Brown for him.

Gotta give up something to get something. I don't mind Brown, but he's probably the Leafs most movable roster player. He'd fit here in the YYC... We could go fly fishing together if that's his thing.
